Distribution of villa

The villa has sleeping accommodation for up to 15 people and is divided into three separate units. This allows us to open part or all of the house according to group size. We rent the villa and grounds on an exclusive one group one house basis. The following table will help you understand the distribution of the rooms.

IMPORTANT access to this room is via the above double room

Depending on group size all or part of the villa will be made available. We try our best to make up the rooms according to the needs of each group, should you have any paricular preferences please make this known to us prior to arrival.
 
Kitchens
Clean crockery, kitchen utensils, tableware and dish towels are provided.

Bedrooms
Please note that there are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor.

Bedlinen and towels
All bedlinen and towels are supplied and included in the price at no additional cost. For longer stays bedlinen and towels are changed on request. Please note that towels for the pool are NOT supplied.

Internet
We are happy to offer Wifi broadband throughout the property at no extra cost.

Privacy and villa maintenance
Whilst we respect our guests privacy at all times the grounds of the villa require that certain maintenance tasks are carried out on a frequent basis. During the warmer months of the year common daily tasks such as sweeping the outside patio areas, swimming pool maintenance and watering plants are usually carried out early in the morning before guests awaken. In order to further respect our guests privacy although we do clean and prepare the patio next to the pool and main kitchen door on check-in day we generally leave this for our guests to look after from that point onwards.
