The house has sleeping accommodation for up to 15 people and, for privacy if preferred, can be divided into three zones - all of which are connected internally. The following table will help you understand the distribution of the rooms.

Zone 1: Ground and 1st floor

 

• Large sitting room with Spanish digital TV. Small library of books in several languages. Fully functional wood burning stove. Comfortably seats 10

• Large open plan kitchen / dining room with seating for 10+ guests. Gas hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and toaster

• Bathroom with walk-in shower

• One twin bedroom plus baby cot

• One double bedroom 

• One double bedroom with en-suite and a small balcony and table overlooking the pool.

Zone 2:  Ground and 1st floor

• Kitchenette with butler sink, large fridge freezer, iron and ironing board

• Washing machine

• Bathroom with bath and shower

• One double bedroom next to the bathroom

Please note that there are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor.

Zone 3: Attic suite (2nd floor)

• Air conditioned king size bedroom with 2 sofas and a coffee table. 1 baby cot.

• Sitting room/Bedroom 7 with TV and wood burning stove. Comfortably seats 4 and has a double sofa bed.

• En-suite bathroom with shower

• Private terrace with access to outdoors and external steps to the Pool area.

     
We try our best to make up the rooms according to the needs of each group, should you have any particular preferences please make this known to us prior to arrival.

All bed linen and towels are supplied and included in the price at no additional cost. For longer stays bed linen and towels are changed on request. Please note that towels for the pool are NOT supplied.

Privacy and villa maintenance

Whilst we respect our guests privacy at all times, the grounds of the house require that certain maintenance tasks are carried out on a regular basis. During the warmer months of the year common daily tasks such as sweeping the outside patio areas, swimming pool maintenance and watering plants are usually carried out early in the morning before guests awaken. In order to further respect our guests' privacy, although we do clean and prepare the patio next to the pool and main kitchen door on check-in day, we generally leave this for our guests to look after from that point onwards.
